Once you have selected your jumping castle and made a booking with the office, you will receive a courtesy call the day prior to your event to confirm a convenient delivery time.
Payments via bank deposit are required 48hrs in advance for clearance into our account prior to your event. Alternate payment is cash on delivery.
Cancellations due to inclement weather forecasts or storms are at no charge.
Our team will deliver and erect your jumping castle in approx. 20 minutes.
All hires are provided with a clean, safe and secured jumping castle ready for use.
After your event finishes, we will return to pack up the jumping castle at the pre-arranged time. We will dismantle it and leave within approx. 20 mins.
